Bookfellers is a book club discovery and rewards platform operated by World Privilege Plus Limited (“WPP”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales. Bookfellers is powered by WPP’s closed user group rewards infrastructure and is accessible via bookfellers.com.
By registering as a member or using the Bookfellers platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2.1 To access the full features of Bookfellers, you must register as a member and create an account.
2.2 You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a member.
2.3 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the point of registration and to keep your account details current.
2.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with any third party.
2.5 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any membership account at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
3.1 Bookfellers members may earn rewards through eligible activity on the platform, including book purchases via affiliated partners, book club participation, and promotional activity as specified from time to time.
3.2 Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points may only be redeemed against eligible benefits and offers available on the platform.
3.3 Rewards points are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or assigned to any other member or third party.
3.4 We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the rewards programme at any time. Where possible, reasonable notice will be given to members.
3.5 Any rewards, discounts, or benefits available through Bookfellers are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual partner or merchant providing them. WPP accepts no liability for the acts or omissions of any third-party partner.
4.1 Bookfellers works with a range of affiliated retail and publishing partners including, but not limited to, Waterstones, Bookshop.org, Libro.fm, Kobo, and AbeBooks. These partnerships are managed through affiliate networks including Awin.
4.2 When you click through to a partner website or make a purchase via an affiliate link, you are entering into a transaction directly with that third-party retailer. Bookfellers and WPP are not party to that transaction.
4.3 WPP accepts no responsibility for the availability, quality, delivery, or suitability of any product or service purchased through an affiliated partner.
4.4 Any dispute arising from a purchase made with an affiliated partner must be raised directly with that partner in accordance with their own terms and conditions and returns policy.
5.1 Bookfellers may from time to time provide functionality that allows members to list, offer for sale, or exchange books directly with other members (the "Marketplace").
5.2 Bookfellers is not a party to member-to-member transactions
Where a member lists a book for sale or exchange, and another member purchases or agrees to receive that book, the resulting transaction is solely between those two members. Bookfellers and WPP act only as a platform facilitating such listings and bear no responsibility whatsoever for:
Any payment arrangement between members is agreed solely between those members. Bookfellers does not process, hold, facilitate, or guarantee any payment between members. In the event of a payment dispute, non-payment, or alleged fraud, members must resolve such matters directly between themselves or via the relevant payment provider. Bookfellers and WPP will not intervene in or mediate any payment dispute.
The selling member is solely responsible for ensuring that any book sold or exchanged is dispatched in a timely manner and in the condition described. Bookfellers accepts no liability for books that are not delivered, are delivered late, arrive damaged, or do not match the listing description.
