In this "Red Dwarf" novel Dave Lister has finally found his way back to planet Earth. Unfortunately time is running backwards and pretty soon Dave is going to go through puberty again. His crewmates arrive to save him, however they consist of a robot, a creature evolved from cats and a dead man.
