When Hugo, Jasper and Toby learn that the Old Blue Rock Village Green is going to be closed down, they begin a newspapaer to convince the residents of Blue Rock to save the park. Publishing a newspaper presents all kinds of problems including computer viruses and making an enemy of the Mayor's son.
